- Scheduling: 7p – 7a Competitive Pay: Based on experience, plus:
- 2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour
- 3rd shift differential: $2.00/hour
- Weekend differential: $4.00/hour for all shifts
- Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour

Your Role
As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Place, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately
- Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
- Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
- Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
- Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited RN program or college
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Preferred: 2 years of RN experience
Work Environment
- Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
- Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching
- Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
