About the role
The Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater provides patient-centered care at clinics across the Central Georgia area, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to assist in delivering high-quality dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities Include
- Performing physical assessments pre- and post-treatment and monitoring patients during dialysis.
- Administering medications per physician orders and reviewing patient medication profiles monthly.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and staffing compliance.
- Adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory policies, and participating in staff meetings and education.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, dialysis experience advantageous.
