Registered Nurse

About This Role

This night-shift Registered Nurse role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to address their physical, psychological, and social needs. The position is based at the Reception and Medical Center in Lake Butler, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients

Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Important Details

• Schedule: 6:45pm-7:15am, three shifts per week; rotating weekends
