Job Summary
Independence Manor Care Center, a 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. As a charge nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional resident care and services, supervising and supporting our nursing staff, and upholding our mission to provide outstanding and innovative healthcare.

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Missouri (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care and services
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure compliance and quality standards
