Role: Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Critical Care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care using evidence-based practices
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Partner with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity and promoting shared decision-making
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation
- Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students
- Promote adherence to policies, standards, and safety protocols
- Contribute to protocol development and resource planning
- Uphold professional standards and participate in ongoing education
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure and required certifications (ACLS, BLS)
- Minimum of 5 years of direct nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, utilizing technology effectively
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
