Position Overview: Critical Care RN for the W.E.S.T. Float Pool, providing flexible, high-impact nursing across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, individualized care; manage high-acuity patients; administer medications and treatments; respond swiftly to emergencies; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; educate and advocate for patients and families.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred); active RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum of 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU).
Skills: Strong clinical judgment; critical thinking; calmness under pressure; excellent communication and teamwork; adaptability and organization.
