Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current valid RN license; multi-state license or single-state license acceptable.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Additional duties: Maintain professional standards, participate in shared governance, and support quality improvement efforts.
