About the role
Position: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure adherence to mission and standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and required certifications (BLS and ACLS). Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
Experience: Preferred background in Cath lab, ICU, ED, or critical care; strong acute care experience and willingness to train considered.
Additional duties: Participate in STEMI and emergency call response, including on-call duties and weekend coverage, with a callback response of 30 minutes.
Skills: Compassionate care, professional accountability, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
