Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, planning, evaluating, and monitoring care. Delegate tasks appropriately and work collaboratively to meet unit goals.
Qualifications: Associate degree in nursing (BSN within 5 years), current Illinois RN license, CPR (BLS), and ACLS certification within 6 months.
