We're growing our Houston team and looking for experienced RN Case Managers ready to bring their clinical expertise to workers' compensation cases — on a flexible, 1099 basis.

What You'll Do
As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you'll coordinate medical care for injured workers and act as the connective tissue between providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys:
- Coordinate and oversee medical treatment plans
- Attend appointments and evaluate treatment progression
- Communicate across providers, employers, attorneys, and carriers
- Assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
- Prepare timely, detailed case management reports
- Support return-to-work and transitional duty planning
- Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations
What You Bring
- Active Texas RN license
- 3+ years of Workers' Comp Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfort working independently with a flexible caseload
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation across the greater Houston area
- Malpractice insurance, or the ability to obtain it
- CCM, CRRN, or similar certification a plus — bilingual candidates encouraged
