Role: Registered Nurse - Mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit
Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate bedside and virtual nursing care, monitor patient health, communicate care information, perform medication reconciliation, assist with procedures, educate patients and families, and document interactions using EPIC.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (bachelor's preferred), current Illinois RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (within 6 months). Prior inpatient nursing experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of patient care, effective communication, and teamwork.
