About the role
Role: Registered Nurse in a mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate patient care, monitor and assist patients bedside and virtually, communicate care information, perform medication reconciliation, educate patients and families, and document interactions in EPIC.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, ACLS and NIHSS within 6 months, and relevant experience preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of patient care across different age groups, strong communication, and documentation skills.
