About the role
Role: Registered Nurse in a mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate bedside and virtual care, monitor and care for patients, communicate care information, assist with medication reconciliation, perform patient education, and document interactions using EPIC.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; current Illinois RN license; CPR certification; ACLS and NIHSS certifications within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 1 year of inpatient nursing experience.
Key Duties: Respond to patient needs, collaborate with team members, ensure accurate documentation, and support discharge planning.
