Role Overview Seeking a Cardiac Prep Recovery Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
