The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions.
They support professional nursing practices across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.
The RN demonstrates leadership through mentoring, precepting, and quality improvement activities, delegating tasks based on skill level, patient acuity, and resources.
Excellent Communication, Mentoring, And Critical Thinking Skills Are Essential. The role may require driving a personal vehicle and is eligible for TN sponsorship with appropriate licensure and certification.
Qualifications include : graduation from a nursing program, current RN license, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN or LPN experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, adapt to unpredictable situations, and effective teamwork are necessary.
Compensation ranges from $43.84 to $66.84 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
This is a full-time, nonexempt position with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, including every third weekend/holiday.
