Registered Nurse - Cardiac Diagnostic Lab

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a Cardiac Diagnostic Lab, including assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining alertness and safe work practices as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid RN license essential.
• 3+ years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred; new graduates are considered.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and prioritize patient care.
