They are expected to serve as preceptors, uphold professional standards per regulatory and organizational policies, and proactively plan for patient care across the continuum.
Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license (single-state and multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and less than one year of clinical experience or recent graduation.
