Job Description:
- We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nationwide immunization program. In this role, you will administer vaccines to adult and pediatric patients in a retail pharmacy setting while ensuring compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Administer state-approved vaccines, including influenza, COVID-19, shingles, and other routine immunizations.
- Screen patients for vaccine eligibility by reviewing medical histories and identifying potential contraindications.
- Educate patients on vaccine safety, efficacy, and potential side effects.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and follow emergency protocols when necessary.
Experience:
- Provide safe and effective vaccine administration while educating patients and maintaining accurate clinical and regulatory documentation.
Skillsets:
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, company policies, and infection-control protocols.
- Ensure proper vaccine storage, handling, and administration procedures.
- Accurately document immunizations and patient information in electronic health records.
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Additional Qualifications:
- Licenses: Active RN License within state
- Certifications: CPR/BLS
- Shift Hours: 9:30 am to 6pm
