Overview
We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs for both day and night shifts. Shifts are 12-hours and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!
- New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience.
- $15,000 Sign-on bonus paid out half at 6 months and half at 12 months.
- $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift (Sat and Sun), and $10 weekend night shift differential.

Responsibilities
The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing:
- Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
- Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana.
Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.
