This role is for a Registered Dietitian who specializes in nutrition, utilizing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based information to help patients manage diabetes, weight, and other chronic conditions. The dietitian provides expert nutrition guidance and support to promote healthy eating habits and improve overall health, conducting nutrition assessments, counseling, and education to patients, caregivers, and family members, and developing treatment plans upon physician referral.
