Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About This Role

Working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) involves providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. This role supports children and families in achieving meaningful goals under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Requirements

• Current RBT certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Important Details

• Schedule: Full-time: 35–40 hours/week; Part-time: 10–20 hours/week; flexible shifts available
