About This Role

This role involves delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in various settings, following individualized intervention plans, and contributing to a supportive team. Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings
• Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Foster strong relationships with clients and their families
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference

Nice to have:

• College coursework in psychology, education, or related fields
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
