About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits for a Regional Trainer to join the Crown team. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver equipment training and assessment services (accredited and non-accredited) to Crown's account customers across South-East Queensland.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver equipment training and assessment services to Crown’s account customers
- Maintain and complete the related paperwork used for the delivery of our training services
- When not delivering training, follow up and close customer enquiries and deals related to equipment training services
- Liaise and communicate with the Queensland Crown Sales team to promote both equipment training services and equipment sales. This includes attending scheduled Sales Meetings
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working with an RTO
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Extensive experience delivering operator & supervisory training related to forklift reach trucks, order pickers, WAVe, electric pallet trucks and walkie stackers (Crown equipment desired)
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- High levels of organization skills & attention to detail
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal staff and customers
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
