About the role
Lead regional Supply Chain. Connect global strategy with regional execution Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional Supply Chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities
- Lead Supply Chain Planning and Materials Management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and reliable availability
- Lead Procurement strategy, supplier consolidation, negotiation excellence and supplier development
- Optimize transportation networks, freight costs, warehouse operations and consolidated logistics flows
- Ensure effective Import/Export and Customs operations
- Drive harmonization and standardization of processes, responsibilities and governance across the region
- Lead regional transformation initiatives including digitalization, EWM/S4 implementation, network optimization and more
- Establish clear governance, KPIs, RACI and decision rights to drive performance and accountability
- Drive faster decision-making and coordinated crisis management across the region
- Build, develop and lead high-performing Supply Chain teams and leadership structures
Candidate profile
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Materials Management in an international manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams, managers and team leaders
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (MRP), Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing and Transportation
- Experience with SAP environments; SAP S/4HANA and/or EWM is a strong advantage
- Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on cost optimization and performance
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
