Key Responsibilities
- Territory Experience Measurement
- Define and track TX metrics (e.g., NPS, network, service KPIs) at territory level
- Generate actionable insights from customer, network, and business data
- Territory Experience Action Planning
- Translate insights into clear, prioritized territory action plans
- Align cross-functional teams on key interventions and targets
- Territory Experience Execution
- Drive disciplined execution and track progress of TX initiatives
- Remove blockers and ensure accountability on actions
- Territory Experience Engagement
- Build and mobilize a community of TX champions
- Lead cadences and enable teams with tools and best practices
