About This Role
As a leader in commercial refrigeration, Epta France is seeking a Regional Service Area Manager to support its growth in the North East quarter of France. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in refrigeration and excellent client relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal refrigeration teams in your sector.
- Promote service contracts to clients and/or partners.
- Coordinate the Business Shared Services activities, including planning service interventions, while overseeing internal refrigeration technicians, external subcontractors, and other stakeholders to enhance quality, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee service provisions, including service contracts, repairs, and MSO.
- Identify new external providers (subcontractors) and negotiate prices in coordination with the Service Ops Manager.
- Monitor and analyze service performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, repair times, and customer satisfaction.
- Track non-compliance indicators to report to the quality service for product improvement.
- Manage warranty and billable interventions, service contracts, and cost control strategies.
- Act as the service contact for sales to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Higher education in refrigeration (BTS refrigeration, IFFI, etc.) is required.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Intermediate English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer relationship focus.
- High responsiveness and proactivity.
- Regular travel is expected.
