Regional Sales Manager Enterprise - Remote

About This Role

This remote Regional Sales Manager position in Tennessee focuses on enterprise sales, partnering with IT and Security teams to help customers manage and analyze telemetry for AI infrastructure. The role suits an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual who can clearly articulate the company's value proposition and execute proven sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Help customers understand the value of the company during the sales process
• Articulate the value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone operations

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s)
• Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization
