Regional Sales Manager (Dental Equipment)

About This Role

Regional Sales Manager (Dental Equipment) is responsible for driving business expansion and channel development across Thailand by managing distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. This role combines strategic business development with technical application support to expand the company's presence within the digital dentistry market. Working closely with distributors, dental professionals, laboratories, and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will strengthen channel performance, develop new market opportunities, provide product demonstrations and application training, and contribute to achieving regional sales targets while expanding the company's customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and business growth objectives
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers throughout the assigned territory
• Identify, recruit, and develop new distribution partners to expand market coverage and strengthen the regional sales network
• Support distributor sales teams through joint customer visits, product presentations, and technical sales assistance to improve sales performance
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Generate qualified sales leads and actively develop new customers within the dental and medical sectors
• Deliver product demonstrations, application training, and technical presentations for dental equipment and digital workflow solutions
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions while developing effective sales strategies based on market feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience within the medical device, dental equipment, healthcare technology, or related industries
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations, application training, and customer presentations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
