Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Refrigeration

About This Role

As a Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Refrigeration, you will be responsible for promoting and developing Epta's sales for refrigeration units. This role suits a candidate with a strong technical and commercial background who enjoys building relationships with clients in the food distribution sector.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop sales of Epta refrigeration units
• Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects
• Organize and develop an effective network with key players in the food retail industry
• Negotiate and finalize deals with clients using your technical and commercial expertise
• Implement the company's commercial strategies
• Conduct technical and commercial studies
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the refrigeration business

Requirements

• Background in refrigeration (BTS, IFFI)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, ideally within commercial refrigeration or equipment manufacturing
• Excellent commercial communication skills and client interaction
• Willingness to travel frequently within your region
• Ability to work autonomously in a home office setting
