Job Description

• Identify, scope, and lead regional marketing programs and business projects that span cross-Monee product lines, with the primary objective of driving user acquisition
• Own end-to-end project management, from strategy and planning through to execution, performance tracking, and reporting to regional leadership
• Develop data-driven strategies grounded in market insights and analysis, translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with local market teams to adapt, implement, and scale regional programs, aligning on timelines, deliverables, and KPIs across markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to drive objectives
• Responsible for preparation and presentation of structured reports and project updates for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in Payments, Internet, FinTech, Banking industries is a plus
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management
• Proactive, thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a bias for hands-on execution
• Prior experience in App growth would be an advantage
