  • Team Management: Lead, recruit, induct, and mentor a high-performing field sales team (including Product Consultants and Brand Ambassadors).
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance management, appraisals, commission calculations, succession planning, and EE targets within your regional hub.
  • Training & Compliance: Enforce call-cycle compliance, conduct regular team meetings, and drive attendance at technical product training sessions.
  • Employee Relations: Manage leave, handle grievance and disciplinary procedures when required, and foster an accountable, motivated workplace culture.
  1. Operations, Reporting & Data Management
  • Data & Field Tech: Ensure full compliance with handheld system data capturing (e.g., MCS app uploads) for yourself and direct reports.
  • Analytics & Audits: Conduct weekly store audits, review retail mapping data, and analyze sell-out analytics to build targeted improvement plans.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for regional operational "red flags" and operational roadblocks.
  1. Budget & Financial Control
  • Maintain strict expense control over operational allowances, including fuel, vehicle maintenance, travel, and mobile phone expenses.
  • Manage regional discretionary promotional budgets to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure accurate monthly salary inputs, expense claims, and asset register compliance.
