About This Role
This role is for a passionate Facilities Management professional who will lead the coworking revolution in the future of workspace. The Regional Facilities Manager will execute a regional strategy in line with the pan-India operational strategy and guidelines for Facilities Operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute a regional strategy in line with the pan-India operational strategy and guidelines for Facilities Operations
- Disseminate and ensure implementation of best industry practices and service innovation initiatives to provide consistency and standardization of offerings at all hubs
- Advise the Director Facilities Operations on building zonal/pan-India level strategies for Facilities operations
- Support the Hub Operations teams to improve customer service quality and retention
- Manage soft services including cleaning, upkeep, and maintenance across the region
- Oversee technical maintenance and operations
- Ensure security of hubs, members, and employees
- Manage hygiene, health, and safety
- Oversee F&B operations and cafeteria management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, state/municipal regulations, fire regulations, FSSAI, etc.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiencies and reduce costs in utilities management
- Manage vendor transitions, performance reviews, and audits of operations
- Handle budgets, financial planning, and procurement (facilities) for the region
- Maintain landlord relationships for all hub locations
- Conduct facilities review of new/prospective hubs
- Take ownership of revamp/renovations at the hub level
- Support Projects/Setup team in building and handover of new hubs
- Drive innovation, automation, and new technologies
- Take responsibility for Facilities teams at the hubs across the region
- Provide training and development for teams
- Conduct performance reviews of team members
- Support with recruitment of new team members (Facility Managers etc.)
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in Facilities Management in corporate/co-working spaces
- Experience managing 100+ ksf across multiple office locations
- Energetic with ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly growing company
Nice to have:
- MBA and FM certifications (CFM/FMP etc.)
