Regional Director

About This Role

This Regional Director role focuses on expanding the client base in the Columbus, OH region by generating new account sales across various industries. The position also involves leading and motivating a small office staff. It suits a leader passionate about achieving goals and inspiring excellence, with solid sales experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase the client base within the Columbus, OH region through generating new account sales in a wide variety of industries including Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Retail, General Office, Bank, Healthcare, Education, Religious Organizations, Event, Stadium and Government
• Lead and motivate an office staff of less than 10 employees
• Adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals
• Manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment
• Build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in sales and/or in leading and managing systems and developing personnel
• Strong leadership abilities
• Solid cold-calling (B2B) and networking experience
• Impressive presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with a team while leading by example
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
