Job Description The Regional Director provides leadership and direction across multiple districts to support long-term growth and performance. This role builds strong leadership teams, ensures alignment to company priorities, and drives regional financial and operational results. The Regional Director focuses on scalability, consistency, and sustained success across markets.

Responsibilities People

• Build and lead a high-performing District Manager team
• Own regional talent strategy, succession planning, and bench strength
• Coach District Managers on leadership effectiveness, decision quality, and talent development
• Ensure leadership standards and cultural expectations are consistent across the region
• Partner with HR to plan long-term talent needs for growth and expansion

Operations

• Set regional operating standards and ensure scalable execution
• Ensure operational consistency across districts and markets
• Identify process gaps and partner cross-functionally to improve systems
• Lead regional operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as executive escalation point for operational risk and compliance
