Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience , preferably within construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or a similar environment.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than a reporting role. The Regional Controller will help shape how the business understands performance, manages risk, integrates acquisitions, and makes critical financial decisions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, commercially minded finance leader who can operate effectively in a decentralized organization, build credibility with operations, and turn financial data into action. Because apparently spreadsheets behave better when someone competent is actually paying attention to them.
