Regional CDL A Driver Home Weekly

Regional runs out of central Florida. Home every week. Pay that scales fast with your experience.

The Route:

• Regional out of Ocala, covering central and southern Florida, including Miami, Fort Myers, the Keys, Tampa, and Orlando
• All dry freight, 3 to 4 turns per week, average 3 to 5 stops per load
• Hand unload at the customer using roller assist, no lumpers, boxes up to 50 lbs

Home Time:

• Weekly home time on a 34 hour reset

Pay Breakdown:

• Minimum $1,400 per week guaranteed when available for 5.5 days with no controllable service issues, accidents, or cargo claims
• Mileage pay starts at $0.60 CPM, scaling up to $0.87 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Average weekly gross of $1,400, top earners at $1,600

Truck:

• Mostly Freightliner Cascadia and Western Star models, average tractor age around 18 months
• Automatic transmission, dry van trailers
• Truck is permanently assigned to you, not slip-seated
• Best Pass Transponder installed, rolls through tolls without stopping

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (under 23: max 1 moving violation in past 12 months)
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months, no more than 2 driving jobs in the past year
• Valid Class A CDL matching current state of residence
• No more than 2 moving violations and no preventable accidents in the last 3 to 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
