Regional After-Sales Manager

Position Overview:
As part of our development, we are looking for a Regional After-Sales Manager (Service Area Manager), based in the North-East quarter of France (home office).

Reporting to the Service Ops Manager, your main missions in your area (departments 38 / 73 / 74 / 01 / 69 / 42 / 03 / 71 / 39 / 07 / 26):

• Manage the internal refrigeration teams in your sector.
• Promote the sale of service contracts to clients and/or partners.
• Coordinate the activity of Business Shared Services (notably the planning of service interventions) and oversee the activity of internal refrigeration technicians, external subcontractors, and other stakeholders to improve quality, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service provision, including service contracts, repairs, and MSO.
• Identify new external service providers (subcontractors), including price negotiation, in coordination with the Service Ops Manager.
• Monitor and analyze service performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, repair times, and customer satisfaction.
• Track non-compliance indicators to report them to the quality service and enable product improvement.
• Manage warranty and billable interventions, service contracts, and cost control strategies.
• Be the after-sales contact for commerce to improve customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

• Higher education in refrigeration (BTS refrigeration, IFFI,…) required.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Intermediate English required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer relationship sense.
• Very good responsiveness, proactive.
• Regular travel expected.
