About the role
Role Description
- The engineer will carry out installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Tasks include installations, diagnosing faults, performing routine inspections and completing planned preventive maintenance.
- The engineer will complete accurate work reports and documentation, communicate clearly with clients, adhere to health and safety standards, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HVAC skills, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Relevant technical qualifications in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning are beneficial.
- Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, including safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with industry regulations, is preferred.
- Ability to read technical documentation, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate service records is important.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety best practices are required.
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
