Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Agency Expertise – Oil & Gas)
Location: Dubai
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding recruitment solutions across our Oil & Gas sector.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new client opportunities.
- Generate leads through candidate and contractor networks.
- Promote recruitment solutions and value-added services to potential clients.
- Support account development and relationship management activities.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Conduct regular account review meetings and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Produce account performance reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Attend client meetings and business reviews as required.
Contractor & Candidate Management
- Build long-term relationships with contractors and candidates.
- Provide ongoing support throughout assignments and placements.
- Respond promptly to queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct contractor check-ins and site visits where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of around 2+ in a Recruitment Agency, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions in Contracts Recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
