About Our Client:
The organization supports Social Security disability beneficiaries by expanding access to employment services through a network of Employment Networks (ENs). These ENs provide job placement, career counseling, and ongoing support to help beneficiaries return to work. The organization focuses on growing this network to increase service availability and improve employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
About the Opportunity:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for growing the Employment Network by recruiting disability service providers into the program. This role guides organizations through the application process and builds a pipeline that connects more beneficiaries to quality employment services. The position directly impacts the expansion of service options available to beneficiaries and strengthens the provider network.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to community rehabilitation providers, disability service organizations, workforce boards, and other potential Employment Networks
- Build and maintain a pipeline supporting a target of up to 30 approved EN applications annually
- Guide interested organizations from initial contact through application and approval
- Present the program to provider audiences via webinars, conferences, and site visits
- Track pipeline activity and report on conversion metrics
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program requirements, EN responsibilities, and payment structure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years working with the disability community at a community rehabilitation provider or disability service provider
- Demonstrated success building partnerships or provider relationships from outreach through agreement
- Strong presentation skills in virtual and in-person settings
- Experience with pipeline tracking, CRM tools, and activity reporting
- Established network within the vocational rehabilitation or disability services community
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Starting at $60,000 (Final offer will be based on a variety of factors)
