Recruitment Manager

About This Role

Recruitment Managers are sought to join the company's Manchester city centre office. This role is for an experienced professional who can lead a team, generate revenue, and coach and develop team members, rather than just managing numbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters
• Generate revenue
• Coach and develop team members
• Forecast a P&L
• Keep a team accountable without micromanaging

Requirements

• Solid recruitment experience
• Ideally, some time already spent managing, mentoring, or informally leading Recruiters (perm or temp desks, UK-based or international)
• Alignment with the company's values: high-performing, honest, and genuinely invested in doing right by clients and candidates

Nice to have:

• UK recruitment management experience and a desire to move into leading an international desk or team
• Experience managing Recruiters internationally and wanting the backing of a larger, more established global business
• A desire for genuine autonomy to build out a team, rather than inheriting someone else's structure with no room to shape it

Benefits

• Real investment in you and your team: the Performance Team works with you on your own skill set as a leader, as well as with your Recruiters to train and develop them
• Commission of up to 30% on your own revenue
• Management bonus of up to 20% of the profit generated by your team
• Real opportunities to work internationally: support relocation and visas for managers who want to take that step
• A business built for the long term with a clear 2030 vision
• Recognition and Reward with quarterly incentives and High Flyers trips
