This position is full time/ onsite Monday-Friday 45 hours a week in Warren, MI
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Review, process and track sign-on and referral bonuses for driver and dock positions.
- Prepare weekly driver and dockworker staffing reports, including the critical openings report, recruiting productivity report, and outgoing contacts report.
- Market research for potential new business or challenging locations including rate studies
- Conduct Exit Interviews with outgoing employees, and track results using online survey tools and reporting results to senior management
- Prepare and send out daily start list for new drivers, dock and mechanics
- Compile monthly turnover reports
- Providing administrative support as needed to recruitment department leadership team
Ideal Candidates: what "U" bring to the table!
- Strong communication and time management skills
- MS Office experience including proficient use of Word & Excel
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit
- Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus
- High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
