Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Understand client hiring needs and match suitable candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and support client growth.
- Negotiate offers and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates.
