Due to our global business expansion, we are currently looking for a highly driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team.
Responsibilities:
• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available
• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge
• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
Requirements:
• Recruitment OR Sales experience.
• Professional mindset and motivation for the recruiting business
• Passionate about own career and growth prospects
• Excellent people skills
