About the Job:

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of both business development and end-to-end recruitment. Your Responsibilities will be:

• Drive business growth through new client acquisition, business development, and expansion of existing client accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, managing hiring requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, including market mapping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and successful placement.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet client hiring objectives across various functions and industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level candidates and clients, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights.
• Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and talent movements to provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate closely with research, marketing, and operations teams to drive successful recruitment outcomes and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, business development, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in candidate placements and/or client development.
• Prior experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management would be an advantage.
• Exposure to IT recruitment or the technology sector would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, candidates, and priorities effectively.
