As a Recruitment Adviser in our Enabling Services Recruitment team, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting inclusive job advertisements to guiding hiring managers through best practice selection methods. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, using your expertise to deliver a seamless, candidate-focused experience that reflects our values and strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
This is more than just your average recruitment role; it's a chance to drive meaningful change, build trusted relationships across the motu, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools.

This role would suit someone who has experience supporting recruitment activities and is ready to develop into a trusted Recruitment Adviser. You understand the importance of delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers, and you're keen to broaden your skills across the full recruitment lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who has:
- A keen interest in managing recruitment campaigns and using ATS platforms (Springboard experience a plus).
- An understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and recognition of the importance of a te ao Māori worldview.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage priorities.
