Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

This recruiting coordinator role is crucial for maintaining a clear, organized, and efficient hiring process. The position supports the company's rapid growth by building a strong restaurant management talent pipeline. Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms and ensure job postings remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with operational needs
• Prepare and distribute recruiting reports to senior leadership
• Review applications to assess qualifications, availability, and suitability for open positions
• Preview video interviews and make recommendations to continue moving through the pipeline or passing on candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews and offer meetings with internal or external candidates, ensuring assessments, communications, and recommendations are aligned with company standards
• Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of role expectations, training requirements, and career development opportunities
• Work closely with Human Resources, Training, and Operations leadership to coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes
• Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally with candidates and stakeholders throughout all stages of the hiring process

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• 1+ years of recruiting experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Paylocity, or similar recruiting platforms
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management and workflow tracking platforms
