Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

Recruiting Coordinators partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to coordinate a high volume of technical and non-technical interviews while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. This role drives coordination initiatives, identifies opportunities to improve recruiting processes, and supports operational improvements that strengthen the company's hiring efforts. It suits a highly organized and experienced individual with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and recruiting administrators to coordinate onsite, virtual, and phone interviews for a high volume of technical and non-technical positions
• Manage the onsite interview experience by welcoming candidates and ensuring a professional, positive, and seamless interview process
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of coordination projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, improve interview workflows, and develop initiatives that strengthen hiring efforts
• Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence initiatives by analyzing data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing improvements that increase the effectiveness and scalability of recruiting operations

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities, ideally within recruiting coordination
• Ability to work independently while balancing a strong sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and executive presence
• Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal business partners

Nice to have:

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and interview scheduling tools
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

• Contract: full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt
• Work format: hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite
• Eligibility: candidates local to the Foster City, CA area, eligible to work in the United States
