Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

Recruiting Coordinators coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience. This role supports the strategic expansion of investment and business teams across Voloridge Investment Management and VOLO Health, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Recruiters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across various roles and time zones
• Manage multiple hiring calendars, coordinate availability, and confirm interview details with candidates and hiring teams
• Arrange in-person, video, and panel interviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and facilitate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up communication to candidates and hiring teams
• Communicate last-minute scheduling changes to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism
• Build recruiting reports and dashboards to track key pipeline metrics for hiring teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be willing to work fully on-site in our Jupiter, FL office

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams
• Experience working in financial services
• Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiting or similar Applicant Tracking System
• Prior experience coordinating executive-level interviews
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance best practices
• Prior experience in the financial services industry
