Recruiting Coordinator

About This Role

Recruiting Coordinators play a vital role in supporting the hiring process by sourcing and managing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This position is ideal for an organized and communicative individual who can work effectively with various levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize job boards and the applicant tracking system to source and manage candidates
• Conduct screening calls to verify candidates are qualified and interested in job postings
• Enter notes for all status changes into the ATS and track the onboarding process
• Work with all levels of management to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly
• Continuously update recruiting reports utilized by executive leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, with moderate Excel skills
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Software
• Excellent organization and communication skills
